OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Step 1 : Job Specification
Our Designated Consultant will call you to gather and validate all the necessary details in terms of the position and related skill set required. This ensures that we both are on the same page as far as skill set required for the required position and it helps ultimately in to find perfect candidate.
Step 2 : Sourcing
We use advert and industry connection to reach specific target audience. The sourcing process includes candidates’ response to our advert, getting candidature for the required position from various job portals. We use different source to take out pearl from the shell.
Step 3 : screening
We have a panel of consultant of technocrats, Finance & HR who will be responsible for the filtering and screening of right matches for the position.
Step 4: Reference
We do some background check by referring him to our contacts in Industry where he works and also system check of his credential through online portals. It saves you from all the hurdles and make whole recruitment process smooth and hassle free. By doing this exercise we make sure that we choose right candidate .
Step 5 : Interview
We interact all the candidate online and face to face to ensure that they are perfect match for the position. We do detailed interview based on his area of experience, qualification & expectation of client from the position for which hiring process is going on. We shortlist the candidate list and prepare customized CV for client perusal and final interview by them.
Step 6 : Client Interview
We ensure that all the candidates are prepared for the interview on given date and time to save client time. This includes by ensuring that they have the job specification, have done research on the company, have all the information they require for the interview and all concerns has been discussed with consultant. This saves both client and candidate time and ensure both parties are on the same page before interview. It facilitate the client to focus on core area of interview and finish quickly the interview with bunch of input to take decisions.
Step 7 : Post Selection
Once decision has been made on the suitable candidate, We assist in commercial terms mismatch if any to finalize asap. We also assist the candidate by guiding him over the resignation process to make sure that he should resign and do not allow much time to change his heart. We also provide support in terms of travelling plan, VISA related issue, Air ticket with consultation with client to give utmost comfort to the client as well as the candidate,
